Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used honey jars for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to organise a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unopened, in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Photos may be requested to assist with assessing damaged or incorrect items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address supplied during checkout
